Diademed and draped bust of Diana right, with bow and quiver over shoulder / Calydonian Boar standing right, pierced by spear and harried by hound below. Crawford 407/2; Sydenham 903; Hosidia 1; RBW 1456. Deeply toned, with iridescence. Good VF.

The reverse of this type features the Calydonian Boar, a famous boar hunted by many mythic heroes including several of the Argonauts.
