Persian king or hero, wearing kidaris and kandys, quiver over shoulder, in kneeling-running stance right, holding dagger and bow / Incuse punch. Carradice Type IV, Group A (pl. XIII, 33); cf. Bodzek pl. I, 11 (Type IV, Group C); cf. Meadows, Administration 326 (same); BMC Arabia pl. XXVII, 7; cf. Sunrise 27 (daric). Lightly toned, some granularity, light scuff at edge on obverse.
