Sold for $181. This amount does not include the buyer’s fee.

Constantius I. As Caesar, AD 293-305. Æ Follis (30mm, 6.34 g). Rome mint. Circa 299 AD. Laureate head right / Genius standing left, holding patera and cornucopiae; T*. RIC VI 95a. VF, attractive green patina, struck twice, the second strike rotated 180 degrees creating two almost identical halves on each side, almost like it was done on purpose. Unusually light flan for this issue, but the mintmark, which is clear on both strikes, can’t be anything other than this issue.
