[Oil lamps] ROMAN. North Africa. Pottery redware oil lamp. Circa 350-425 AD. Length 14cm. Mold-formed with pottery appliques on discus and shoulder, the central motif of the Lamb of God with a palm branch. Shoulder with eight quatrefoils (I5), six arches (L5), two central elements from the arches. Two vent/fill holes, spur handle. Cf. Ennabili 440. Good condition, sharp central impression, whitish encrustation, small hole in base.
