CELTIC, Central Gaul. The Sequani. Circa 100-60 BC. Potin 18mm (4.31 g, 9h). Celticized head left, with band of two lines / "Antelope" prancing left. Nick Type A2/4; CCCBM III 323; Scheers, S-M 202; De la Tour 5368; cf. Allen & Nash 401. Good VF for type, hard glossy green patina with a hint of yellow. ($200)
