Bare head right / Temple of Apollo Didymeus: tetrastyle temple set on three-tiered podium, pellet in pediment; within, statue of Apollo standing facing, holding stag and bow. RIC II 519; Metcalf, Cistophori, type 24, - / type 25, 107 (obv. type/rev. die [R 8]); BMCRE 1082 note; RSC 287. VF, obverse struck with slightly rusty dies. Overstruck on a cistophorus of Mark Antony and Octavia (cf. RSC 2). ($500)
