ASIA MINOR. Uncertain. 6th century BC. EL Cut Ingot (15.31 g). Approximately the weight of an electrum stater. Cf. CNG 66, 647 for similar examples in a group of electrum ingots. ($1000)

This cut ingot is similar to a group of electrum ingots that recently came to light, portions of which were sold in CNG 66 (lot 647), CNG 64 (lot 356), and Rauch 71 (lots 155-158).
