KINGS of MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great'. 336-323 BC. AR Tetradrachm (16.88 g, 4h). Macedonian (Amphipolis?) mint. Struck circa 280-270 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; crescent and two monograms in left field. Price 606. Good VF, light cleaning marks on reverse. ($300)
