Radiate head right / Securitas seated right, resting arm against back of throne, holding sceptre; before, lighted and garlanded altar, against which lighted torch leans; II in exergue. RIC I 190; BMCRE pg. 241 * note; WCN 204; Cohen 322. Good VF, dark brown, almost black, surfaces, rough surfaces.
