Laureate and draped bust right / EPI CTP NEPATIOVDI[OGE]NOVC ADPIAN[OQ]HP[e]ITW, N in exergue, Severus standing facing, head left, crowning trophy and holding sceptre; beneath trophy, pair of captives sit on shields, one in attitude of mourning, the other with hands bound behind back. SNG France -; AMNG IV 574; SNG Copenhagen -; cf. Mionnet Supp. V, p. 50, 251 (Bithynia; Pankratios Diogenes). Good VF, olive green patina, minor obverse scrape. Rare. ($750)
