LANCASTER. Henry VI. First reign, 1422-1461. AR Groat (36mm, 3.99 g, 3h). Rosette-mascle/Pinecone-mascle mule. London (Tower) mint; im: cross patonce/plain cross. Struck circa 1431-1432/3. Crowned facing bust within tressure of arches; trefoils at cusps / Long cross pattée; triple pellets in quarters. North 1445/1460; SCBC 1858/1874. Lightly toned with some iridescence. Good VF.
