Toynbee, J. M. C. & Metcalf, W.Roman Medallions. With an Introduction to the Reprint. (New York; American Numismatic Society, 1944. Reprinted, 1986). 4to. 268 pages; 69 plates.

Both titles in the original printed wrappers and leatherette boards. The first from the library of Joel Malter with his ex-libris on the inside front cover. Very Fine condition, the upper cover of the plates volume of Dressel slightly discoloured else both titles little used and internally clean. Two standard works on Roman medallions, the first scarce and seldom offered.
