From the Republic to Diocletian and the Tetrarchy. (Oxford; Ashmolean Museum, 2007). 8vo. 436 pages; 37 plates and 17 plates of enlargements. All in the original cloth, jackets. Fine condition, lightly shelfworn with some bumps and marks, the jackets rolled at the extremities with a few creases and tears. A good, complete set of Sear’s important series covering Roman silver coins from the Republic to Romulus Augustus. A few of the volumes are now out of print making complete sets such as here, difficult to find. Includes Cathy King’s valuable work on Roman Quinarii. Website shipping rates do not apply.
