Bust of Minerva right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet and aegis / Hercules, naked, standing left, resting right hand on club set on ground and holding lion skin over left arm. Crawford 494/38; CRI 194; Sydenham 1140; Vibia 26; Type as RBW 1741. Near VF, lightly toned, banker’s mark on reverse, flatly struck in areas. Exceptional reverse die and depiction of Hercules.
