Mercia North-East dies (Stamford?); Pitit, moneyer. Late II period, circa 920-924. Small cross pattée / PITIT MONE in two lines; three crosses pattée between, trefoils above and below. CTCE 246; SCBI 26 (East Anglia), 161; North 649; SCBC 1087. Fine, deeply toned, much find patina remaining.
