The Triumvirs. Octavian. Autumn 30 BC. AR Denarius (20.5mm, 3.72 g, 7h). Mint in Italy, possibly Rome. Victory standing right on prow of galley, holding wreath with her extended right hand and palm frond over her left shoulder with her left / Octavian driving triumphal quadriga right, holding branch with his extended right hand; IMP • CAESAR in exergue. CRI 416; RIC I 264; RSC 115; BMCRE 617-9 = BMCRR Rome 4343-5; BN 98-104. EF, light iridescent toning. Well struck and centered on a full flan.
