Draped bust of female (Roma?) right, with hair collected in knot; M • CATO • PRO • PR around lower right / Victory seated right on chair set on ground line, holding patera with her extended right hand and palm frond over left shoulder; VIC(TR)IX in exergue. Crawford 462/1c; CRI 46; Sydenham 1052; Porcia 9; BMCRR Africa 15-6; RBW –; Sear, Roman Coins and Their Values, Vol. I, The Republic and The Twelve Caesars, 280 BC–AD 96, 1381 (this coin illustrated).
