Head of Libertas right, wearing cruciform earring and pendant necklace; LIBERTAS downward to left / The consul L. Junius Brutus walking left between two lictors, each carrying ax over shoulder, and preceded by an accensus; BRUTUS in exergue. Crawford 433/1; Sydenham 906a; Junia 31a; BMCRR Rome 3862-3; RBW 1542; Harlan 20.2/20.1 (obv. and rev. of this coin illustrated on pg. 127). Superb EF, lightly toned with underlying luster.
