Head of Bacchus (or Liber) right, wearing ivy wreath / Ceres, standing in chariot, holding lighted torches with both hands, driving biga of snakes right; quiver to left; M • VOLTEI • M • F in exergue. Crawford 385/3; Sydenham 776; Volteia 3; BMCRR Rome 3160-78 var. (symbol); RBW 1416 var. (same). Superb EF, lightly toned with underlying luster. Well struck and centered.
