Ornate plate with central radiate sun on granular surface; rim decorated with sixteen skulls, each one displaying some degree of damage; branches of oak and laurel between; above, barbed wire with posts above branches; in space between, dates of treaties of each of the countries / Incuse of obverse with uncertain maker’s mark at 12 o’clock. As Issued, a few light marks due to age. Very rare.
