Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Conjoined busts of Sarapis, wearing calathus, and Isis, wearing crown, right; L [Є] (date) across field. Köln 1414 var. (obv. bust seen from side); Dattari (Savio) 2855 var. (same) & 8717 var. (same); K&G 35.161 var. (same); Emmett 1656.5 (R2). VF, dark green patina with touches of red. Although the date is not visible, based on portrait style, this coin is almost certainly from Pius’ regnal year 5.
