Anonymous. 206-200 BC. AR Denarius (20.3mm, 4.39 g, 12h). Shield and carnyx series. Uncertain mint. Helmeted head of Roma right; X (mark of value) behind / The Dioscuri, each holding spear, on horseback right; two stars above, shield and carnyx below. Crawford 128/1; Sydenham 290; Decia 1; Type as RBW 579. Good VF, toned, a bit of porosity on the obverse. Very rare.
