Laureate head left, with hair loosely gathered behind; 1860 in exergue / Helmeted Britannia seated left on rocky outcropping, holding trident and olive branch and Union shield set on ground; foot rest on anchor fluke; ONE PENNY in exergue. Peck 2130; Freeman 857. In NGC encapsulation, 4690728-007, graded MS 64 BN.
