Claudius II Gothicus. AD 268-270. Antoninianus (22mm, 3.38 g, 6h). Rome mint, 4th officina. 2nd emission, circa early-mid AD 270. Radiate and cuirassed bust right / Annona standing left, holding grain ears and cornucopia; prow of ship at feet to left; –/–//Δ. Normanby –; RIC V –; RIC Online 337. Near EF, brown and green patina, slightly clashed reverse die. Extremely rare variant with Δ in exergue. One of only two coins currently cited by RIC Online.
