CARIA, Knidos. Circa 395-380 BC. AR Tetradrachm (22mm, 14.83 g, 12h). Timoteles, magistrate. Head of Aphrodite left, hair in ampyx and sphendone; behind neck, prow left / Forepart of lion left; [TI]MOTEΛH[Σ] below; all within incuse square. Hecatomnus 22 (A7/P22); SNG Keckman –; Hunt IV 380 (same dies). Good VF, deeply toned, a couple patches of deposits.
