CAESΛR • AVGVSTVS DIVI • F • PATER • PATRIAE, laureate head right / ΛVGVSTI F • COS • DESIG • PRINC • IVVENT, Caius and Lucius Caesars standing facing, two shields and two spears between them; above, on left, simpulum right, and on right, lituus left; C • L • CAESARES • in exergue. RIC I 207; Lyon 82; RSC 43; BMCRE 519-33; BN 1651-7. Near EF, lightly toned, small banker’s mark on neck. Nice metal with a broad flan.
