Trajan. AD 98-117. AR Denarius (18.5mm, 3.24 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck circa AD 112-113. Laureate bust right, wearing aegis / Trajan on horseback left, holding spear and small Victory. RIC II 291 var. (bust type); Woytek 394c; RSC 497 var. (same). VF, toned, a few minor marks under tone. Extremely rare with aegis.
