PAMPHYLIA, Side. Circa 210 BC. AR Tetradrachm (31mm, 16.28 g, 1h). In the name and types of Alexander III of Macedon. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; pomegranate in left field, AΦ in exergue. Price 2975 = Atlan, Side 22 = H. Seyrig, “Monnaies Hellenistiques, 10. Side” in RN 1963, p. 57 and pl. VI, 6 = ANS inv. 1944.100.33405 (same dies). Good VF, toned, edge chipped, die shift, numerous scuffs and marks. Extremely rare, apparently the second known, the other in the ANS.
