Augustus. 27 BC-AD 14. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.60 g, 8h). Uncertain Spanish mint (Colonia Patricia?). Struck circa 20/19-17/6 BC. Laureate head right / [C]AESAR above, AVGVSTVS below, two laurel branches (or trees). RIC I 51; RSC 47. VF, toned, some iridescence, a pair of banker’s marks on obverse, three hairline flan cracks, a few scratches on reverse.
