Head of Liberty right, wearing liberty cap / Coat-of-arms within wreath surmounted by radiant sun with face; crossed flags, rifles, and cannon in background. KM 30; Friedberg 16. Near EF, scattered cleaning marks. Rare – mintage of only 421.
