(retrograde C) N PROC ANTH ITMIVS P T AV(quadrate C), rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / VICTORI Λ ΛVCCC, Anthemius standing facing, right foot on human-headed serpent, holding long cross in right hand and Victory standing left on globe in left; R-V//COMOB. RIC X, p. 416; Depeyrot 26/1 (citing an electrotype in the BM); Lacam –; DOCLR –; Biaggi 2379 (this coin). Good VF, toned, evidence of possibly having been placed in a bezel. Extremely rare.
