Pertinax. AD 193. AR Denarius (16mm, 2.67 g, 4h). Rome mint. Laureate head right / Laetitia standing left, holding wreath and scepter. RIC IV 4a; RSC 20. Good Fine, toned, some scratches on the obverse.
Interesting overstrike with PACI of the reverse legend still visible from the prior coin. Possibly a PACI AETERNAE issue of Commodus (RIC III 193) with Pax seated left on a throne, part of which is also visible.
