(D1/R1; magistrate); otherwise unpublished. Fine, toned, slight granularity, some roughness on obverse. Very rare.

The lower part of the reverse legend is completely off the flan on the C-N 189 piece, but there is enough visible on the present coin to conclude that the reading in C-N is incorrect, and this is not an issue of the magistrate Pythes. Nonetheless, the type and legend configuration clearly places it among the issues of Period IX.
