SELEUKID KINGS of SYRIA. Seleukos I Nikator. 312-281 BC. AR Drachm (18mm, 4.25 g, 3h). Seleukeia in Pieria mint. Struck circa 300-281 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Nikephoros seated left; in left field, monogram within circle; KP below throne. SC 31; Le Rider Antioche 28–9 (A1/P1); HGC 9, 31b. Near EF, toned, slight die shift on the reverse, light deposits. Very rare.
