AKARNANIA, Argos Amphilochikon. Circa 340-300 BC. AR Stater (22mm, 8.24 g, 3h). Pegasos flying right; c/m on flank (uncertain type) / Helmeted head of Athena left; spear to right. Pegasi 38; BCD Akarnania –; HGC 4, 785. Good VF, toned, struck with worn obverse die. Broad flan. Very rare issue.
