Laureate bust right, slight drapery / Bust of Nilus right, with slight drapery; before, cornucopia with Iς (for 16 cubits) above; I/L ∆ (date) across field. Köln 1648 var. (bust type); Dattari (Savio) 2286 var. (same); K&G 35.496 var. (same); Emmett 1412.14. Good VF, toned, some light porosity. Scarce obverse bust variety.

The Greek numerals “Iς” above the cornucopia indicate 16 cubits, the optimal flood level height of the Nile during inundation season.
