GAUL, Northwest. Lexovii. Circa 100-50 BC. Æ (15mm, 2.37 g, 11h). Facing bust of Kerunnos, hair in form of bull’s horns, wearing neck torque / Horse right, surmounted by facing bust of Kerunnos (as on obverse); wheel of six spokes below. D&T 2498; Depeyrot, NC VIII, 58. VF, dark green, almost black, patina, surfaces a little rough. Extremely rare, only four examples recorded by Depeyrot.
