THESSALY, Pharkadon. Circa 440-400 BC. AR Hemidrachm (17mm, 2.88 g, 1h). Thessalos, nude but for petasos and cloak tied at neck, standing right, holding band across horns of forepart of bull leaping right / Forepart of horse right within incuse square. BCD Thessaly II 616.1 var. (same obv. die, different legend orientation). Near VF, toned, light scratches, graffito and light double strike on reverse.
