THESSALY, Perrhaiboi. Circa 440-400 BC. AR Trihemiobol (14mm, 1.32 g, 3h). Thessalian warrior, wearing petasos and short tunic and holding two spears over his shoulder, standing left behind bridled horse being led left / ΠE–PA, Athena standing right, holding spear in right hand, shield in left; all within shallow incuse square. BCD Thessaly II 543 (same dies). Near VF, lightly toned, porosity. Extremely rare.
