AV K M AV ANTWNEIN, laureate and cuirassed bust right / Herakles and the Nemean lion: BLAVN-DEWN MAK, EPI TI KL ALEXA/NDROV AP A/TO B in exergue, Herakles crouching right, with lion's skin over left arm, seizing by the mane a lion seated right with fore-paw raised, and planting left knee in lion's back, swinging his club with his raised right hand. SNG von Aulock 2929; BMC Lydia pg. 54, 81 (Caracalla), pl. 6, 2 (same reverse die); Voegtli 2c; Cornell 107 (this coin). Nice VF, dark brown patina with earthen highlights. ($800)
