Draped bust right wearing tiara with star and eagles; beaded pyramidal points on tiara / BASILE-WS right, BASILEWN [T]IGRANO[U] left, Tyche of Antioch seated right on rock, holding branch, river-god Orontes below; ZL in field, XC below. Nercessian, "Silver Coins of Tigranes II of Armenia," Armenian Numismatic Journal (vol. XXVI, pts. 3&4 [2000]), Group 1 (A35/P3b - this coin). Nicely toned, good VF. Very rare. ($3000)
