Gordian III. AD 238-244. Æ Sestertius (28mm, 24.35 g, 1h). Rome mint. Struck AD 240. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Gordian standing left, extending hand and holding eagle-tipped scepter, in slow quadriga left.
