SYRIA, Coele-Syria. Damaskos. Cleopatra VII of Egypt. Æ 25mm (11.35 g, 1h). Dated SE 276 (37/6 BC). Diademed and draped bust of Cleopatra right / Tyche seated left on rock outcropping, extending hand and holding cornucopia; [COΣ] (date) and grain ear to left; at feet, river-god swimming right; all within wreath. RPC I 4783; SNG Copenhagen 419; Svoronos 1890; HGC 9, 1462. Good Fine, dark green patina.

Although no ancient text tells us that Damaskos was part of the territory that Mark Antony gave to Cleopatra, her portrait on this interesting coin suggests that it was.
