Taras astride dolphin left, right hand extended, holding Boeotian shaped shield on left arm; pecten below / Phalanthos seated left with legs crossed on diphros, holding staff in right hand, spindle on ground behind. Fischer-Bossert 271l (V125/R204 - this coin); Vlasto 237 (same dies); SNG ANS 858 (same dies). Attractively toned, good VF, strike a little soft. ($2000)
