Chalcedony intaglio with bear’s head. Sasanian, 4th-5th centuries AD. Hemispherical intaglio seal engraved with head of a bear, tamgha above, all within beaded border. Holed. Design length: 1.2 cm. See Göbl, Siegelkanon type 45d. A well preserved and attractive specimen.
