Kanishka standing facing, head left, sacrificing over altar and holding goad and scepter; flame at shoulder / NANA, Nana standing right, holding scepter and box; tamgha to right. MK 35 (O7/R- [unlisted rev. die]); Donum Burns 117 (same dies); Triton XII, 423 (same dies). EF. Extremely rare.

There are two varieties of Göbl’s crown 2 for Kanishka: one with a flap on the front and one without. The present coin has a crown without the flap. Both varieties apparently occur simultaneously within most of Kanishka’s MK series with crown 2.
