Justinian II. First reign, 685-695. Æ Follis (5.80 g, 6h). Class 6. Carthage mint. Struck 687-695. Justinian, crowned, standing facing, holding globus cruciger and akakia, crown topped with cross; on either side, long cross set on globus / Large M; monogram above, I ω across field; KΓω. DOC 34; MIB 58; SB 1273. VF, dark brown patina, a couple of spots of green on obverse. Overstruck on a Class 2 follis of Justinian II (MIB 53).
