PHOENICIA, Arados. Circa 138/7-44/3 BC. AR Tetradrachm (15.26 g, 12h). Dated CY 168 (92/1 BC). Turreted, veiled, and draped bust of Tyche right / Nike advancing left, holding wreath and palm frond; in left field, HΞP (date) above Aramaic G above ΔC; all within wreath. Duyrat 3341-78 (D59/R?); Rouvier 283; SNG Copenhagen 50; BMC 221 (all from same obv. die). VF, toned, minor deposits, light cleaning marks.
