Commodus. AD 177-192. Æ Sestertius (30mm, 23.44 g). Rome mint. Struck April-August AD 180. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Commodus on horseback right, thrusting spear at fallen enemy. RIC III 299; MIR 18, 489-6/37; Banti 417. Near VF, brown patina, some surface marks and a small pit on the back of the bust.
