Nero. As Caesar, AD 50-54. AV Aureus (19mm, 7.52 g). Rome mint. Struck under Claudius, AD 51-54. Bare-headed and draped young bust left / Simpulum above tripod and lituus above patera. RIC I 76 (Claudius); Calicó 441; BMCRE 84 (Claudius). Near Fine, small test cut and a few banker’s marks on the obverse, some roughness, wavy flan.
